Adam Stern, Executive Director
Adam is a California-based environmental and climate leader with more than 25 years of experience in nonprofits, business, and government. Prior to joining Offshore Wind California, he was executive director of Acterra, a San Francisco Bay Area climate advocacy organization. In earlier positions, he served as climate program manager for the San Francisco Department of the Environment, vice president for policy and strategy at TerraPass, deputy director for the Environmental Defense Fund, and special assistant for international affairs at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

Judi Eichler, Creative Director  
Judi is responsible for the look and feel of Offshore Wind California. She is a graphic designer and jewelry artist based in the San Francisco Bay Area. For over 35 years, she has designed for some of the leaders in high tech such as Hewlett-Packard Company and Intuit; as well as nonprofits such as Acterra, Keplers Literary Foundation, Los Altos History Museum, and Sierra Club. Her hand crafted jewelry and textiles are sold in stores and galleries in California.

James Falino, Policy Associate
James is a consultant serving as the Policy Associate for Offshore Wind California tracking state policy and regulations that impact floating offshore wind development. At CEA Consulting, James’ work spans topics including transportation electrification, clean energy, ocean- and land-based conservation, and California state policy to support non-profit, foundation, and industry association clients.

Garth Neuffer, Senior Communications Counselor
Garth is responsible for strategic communications, media relations, and social media for Offshore Wind California. He has worked on U.S. offshore wind communications since 2015. Garth oversaw media and messaging for Offshore Wind California’s launch in October 2019 and the Pacific Offshore Wind Summit in March 2022. Prior to that, he led countless high-profile media and thought leadership campaigns for the U.S. Senate, The Pew Charitable Trusts, Vestas Americas, and four Fortune 500 companies.

Alejandra Wait, Program Associate
Alejandra supports all endeavors for Offshore Wind California including event planning, social media and website management, database upkeep, and scheduling. Recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies–Sociology, Alejandra has experience with nonprofit consulting and community engagement.

Missy Wryn, Finance Manager
Missy is the founder of Wryn & Associates (WBE) and is the Finance Manager for Offshore Wind California. She has over 30 years of experience with nonprofit and for-profit clients. Missy's team is responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping and year-end financials for the organization.


Advocacy

Ed Manning is a Partner at KP Public Affairs. He is a registered lobbyist and an attorney specializing in environmental, energy, water and resource issues with over 30 years of experience. Ed has managed broad coalitions and developed winning strategies on diverse issues including water supply, climate change, energy infrastructure, environmental and transportation infrastructure issues.

Brian White is a Partner at KP Public Affairs. He provides strategic counsel on policy, regulatory consulting, and advocacy. Brian represents clients in discussions with the Governor’s Office, California Legislature, and regulatory agencies for industries including offshore wind, solar, forestry, goods movement, housing, transportation, and education.

Legal Counsel

Anna Fero is an Associate at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP.  Her expertise is in energy regulatory law, with the bulk of her practice centered on representing the offshore wind industry and other stakeholders before the California Public Utilities Commission and other agencies.  Anna helps clients navigate state and federal energy policy, provides counsel on a range of compliance, litigation, and transactional matters, and serves as an advocate in regulatory proceedings.

Vidhya Prabhakaran is a Partner at Davis Wright Tremaine. At the heart of his practice is Vid’s understanding of the regulatory complexities posed by California's shifting energy framework as California attempts to transition to economically viable greener power sources. Along with the rest of the nationally-recognized team of energy lawyers at Davis Wright Tremaine, Vid advocates on behalf of the offshore wind industry to ensure its long-term success in California.

Event Production

Wendy Parsley leads the event production and management team for Offshore Wind California in her capacity as Executive Producer at Quint Interactive. She is a highly accomplished marketing professional with over 15 years of international experience in developing, planning, and executing one-of-a-kind creative concepts with a hyper-focus on goal-setting and ROI.
